COMMERCIAL INSPECTION

Inspection is a conformity assessment activity mainly based on expert methods, so there is a high requirement on the competence, experience and professionalism of the inspectors. Due to the diversity of products and services, applicable standards, etc., inspectors and inspection organizations must regularly be trained and updated with advanced assessment methods and techniques can to meet the job requirements.

The assessment results represent the professional assessment opinions of the inspectors and the assessment organization on the actual status of products, goods, services, contents to be assessed.., used in the civil transactions, law enforcement, .. so requires very high independence, objectivity and impartiality.

QUALITY INSPECTION FOR PRODUCT AND GOODS

Product and goods quality inspection activities are regulated in the Law on Product and Goods Quality No: 05/2007/QH12, dated November 21, 2007, whereby  “Inspection is the consideration of conformity of products and goods compared with the contract or announced applicable standards or relevant technical regulations by observing and evaluating measurement and testing results".

CISR is an inspection organizations designated by specialized management ministries as specialized inspection organizations for corresponding group-2 products, including the Ministry of Industry and Trade(MOIT) and the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs(MoLISA).

CISR has experience in providing quality inspection services for potentially unsafe goods serving import/export activities.

COMMERCIAL INSPECTION

Commercial inspection services are regulated in the Commercial Code, consolidated document No. 17/VBHN-VPQH dated July 5, 2019. Article 254 stipulates that “Inspection service is a commercial activity whereby a trader performs necessary tasks to determine the actual condition of goods, results of service provision and other matters according to the request of the customer", Article 255 stipulates the contents of goods inspection “ Inspection includes one or several contents about quantity, quality, packaging, origin of goods, loss, safety, hygiene standards, epidemic prevention, service performance results, service delivery methods and other contents at the request of customers”.

Commercial inspection is a conditional business activity whereby an organization or individual (inspector) providing services must satisfy the criteria and conditions prescribed by law, approved by the competent authority.

CISR has been a commercial inspection service provider, trusted by customers, especially in the field of import and export of goods.
