TECHNICAL TESTING AND EXAMINATIONS

Technical testing is one of the conformity assessment activities (Testing, inspection, certification, accreditation) of product and goods quality in accordance with the law on product and goods quality, current Law No. 05/2007/QH12 ngày 21 tháng 11 năm 2007 as well as in other specialized laws. The government details the conformity assessment activities on the quality of products and goods in Decree No. 132/2008/ND-CP dated 31 December 2008; Prescribing the conditions for provision of conformity assessment services in Decree No. 107/2016/ND-CP dated July 1, 2016;

Testing activity for product and goods is a technical activity with very high requyrements for accuracy, objectivity and reliability of test results, the testing organization is strictly controlled by the government, and must be granted a certificate of operation registration (or a certificate of appointment of the testing organization) by the suitable authority before providing services to customers.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

CISR is a technical testing organization that has been certified by specialized management ministries such as the Ministry of Science and Technology(MOST), the Ministry of Industry and Trade(MOIT), the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (MoLISA), and the Ministry of Transportation(MOT). CISR has been certified to conform to the requyrement of the international standards ISO 17025:2005 - a laboratory quality management system, since 2012.

CISR has fully invested in facilities, modern technical testing equypment and a team of professional tester/examiners to deploy the service nationwide, the work is done in the laboratory of CISR or where the equypment is installed.

LIFTING APPLIANCES, SCAFFOLDING AND FRAME STRUCTURES

Static, dynamic load testing for cranes, lifting appliances, SWL up to 1000 tones;
Load testing for scaffolding structure, racks,..
Pull test/Load test for lifting accessories, containers, hooks, lifting slings, shackles… with the WLL up to 300 tones, maximum length 28m.

PRESSURE EQUYPMENTS

Provision of the pressure test and leak test for pressure vessels, boilers, pressure pipelines, pressure tanks… without limitation of test pressure and volume.

PRESSURE SAFETY VALVES(PSV), CONTROL PRESSURE VALVES(CPV),...

Provision of testing service such as: hydrostatic pressure test, popping test, leak test for all type of PSVs and control pressure valves up to size 20 inch and pressure 1050 bar.

NONE DESTRUCTIVE EXAMINATION FOR METAL MATERIALS AND WELDS (NDT)

Provision of the non destructive testing(NDT) services for metal structure and metal welds by common NDT methods such as: Visual Testing(VT), Ultrasonic testing(UT), Magnetic Particle testing, eddy current testing (ECT), Radiographic Testing (RT).

EXAMINATION FOR STEEL WIRE ROPE BY ELECTROMAGNETIC METHODS

Provision of the inspection service for steel wire ropes of cranes, cable cars,..by Electromagnetic Method (To determine LMA-loss of the metal area and broken wires, steel wire ropes with diameter up to 63mm without limitation of lengths).

DESTRUCTIVE TESTING FOR METAL MATERIALS AND WELDS

Provision of Destructive testing services to determine the mechanical properties of components, metal materials, and welds.

MEASUREMENT OF WORKING ENVIRONMENT PARAMETERS

Provision of measurement service of working environment parameters, includes: Microclimate factors: temperature, humidity, wind speed..; Physical factors: light, noise, vibration..; Elements of particulate dust(metal dust, coal dust, cotton dust..); Minimum chemical elements (NOx, SOx, CO, CO2,..).

TYPE TESTS FOR PPE

Provision of type tests for conformity certification of personnel protection equypment such as helmets, shoes, boots, safety belts,...

TYPE TESTS FOR SAFETY DEVICES OF ELEVATORS

Provision of type tests for conformity certification of safety devices of elavator such as: Speed Governors, Safety Gears…

TESTING FOR ELECTRICAL EQUYPMENT

Provision of services on the measurement of electrical safety parameters for electrical equypment and lightning protection system such as: earthing resistance, insulation resistance, …; Testing for explosion-proof electrical equypment includes: Explosion pressure testing, impact test,…
