CERTIFICATIONS
Certification for product and services is one of the conformity assessment activities. According to the provisions of the law on product and goods quality, Law No. 04/2011/QH13 promulgated on November 11, 2011 stipulates that “Certification is the assessment and confirmation of the conformity of products, the process of production and service provision with announced applicable standards (called standard conformity certification) or with technical regulations (called regulation conformity certification)”
Certification service is a conditional business activity, whereby the certification body must satisfy the criteria and conditions prescribed by the government, must be assessed and appointed by the competent authority before supplying the certification services.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
CISR is a certification organization under the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs(MoLISA), appointed by the specialized management ministries such as the Ministry of Science and Technology(MOST), the Ministry of Industry and Trade(MOIT), the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (MoLISA). CISR has applied and maintained a international quality management system according to ISO 9001:2010 standard for product and service certification activities, since 2019.
CISR focuses on human resource training, and develops and applies certification programs/methods suitable for each product group, ensuring service quality and satisfying customer requyrements.

REGULATION CONFORMITY CERTIFICATION
With the advantage of being an organization operating for a long time in the field of inspection of machines and equypment with strict requyrements on occupational safety, CISR has been implementing codes/Regulations conformity certification activities for many groups of equypment such as: lifting equypment, elevators, pressure equypment, boilers .. are manufactured domestically or imported, according to methods 4,7,8.
Certification services have been highly appreciated by customers and management agencies.

STANDARD CONFORMITY CERTIFICATION
In addition to codes/regulations conformity certification activities, CISR has carried out standard conformity certification for many products and goods according to specific requyrements of customers. CISR is proud to be a certification organization designated by the New Zealand and Australian Departments of Labor as the certification body for LPG bottle products imported from Vietnam.
